• Peachy Palm Studios provides creative art classes and related events for kids and adults.
• By registering for a class or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

2. Registration & Payments
• All class registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
• We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Studio Cancellations: If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
• Participant Cancellations:
• Cancellations made at least 48hours before the class may be eligible for a refund or credit.
• No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before class.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Waiver & Liability
• Participation in art classes may involve the use of paints, tools, and other materials. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Peachy Palm Studios is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages to personal property that occur during participation.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after class times.
• Space is limited in most venues, therefore, only registered participants are permitted to attend/observe classes.

5. Use of Photos & Media
• We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures).
• If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in photos, please notify us in writing before class.

6. Code of Conduct
We strive to create a safe, welcoming environment. We ask that all participants:
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Use materials and equipment responsibly
• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to remove participants who do not follow this code without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All class materials, lesson plans, and website content are the property of Peachy Palm Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

At Peachy Palm Studios, we strive to provide inspiring and enjoyable art experiences. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below:
Class & Workshop Registrations
Cancellations by Participants
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward another class.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are non-refundable.
• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations by Peachy Palm Studios
• If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, weather, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
Private Parties & Events
• A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the event fee is required to reserve your date.
• Balance is due 2 business days before the event.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Products & Art Kits
• Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt for a full refund.
• Opened or used items are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
