We specialize in easy, teacher-led art sessions. Our projects mostly consist of layered wood designs or canvas paint sessions designed specifically for senior living communities. I bring and set up everything. Your residents keep something they're proud to display.

Every detail is built around the realities of retirement communities — ability levels, attention spans, budgets, and the unspoken pressure on your staff to make activities meaningful without creating extra work.
We execute paint parties curated for senior living.
Wood pieces/canvas, paints, brushes, table covers, cleanup — I bring it all and I pack it all up. Your staff doesn't lift a finger.
Layered wood keepsakes or canvas paintings that look heirloom-quality — not paper crafts. Starting at $18 per resident with no hidden fees.
Liability insurance certificate available on request. Based in Ninety Six, SC — I know your community because it's home to me too.
I sit beside residents. I celebrate their work. I never rush anyone. The goal is joy and connection — finished pieces are a beautiful byproduct.
I take photos during every session and share them with you afterward — ready for your newsletter, social media, or family updates.
Independent living, assisted living, or memory care — each session is tailored. Simpler projects for limited dexterity, richer ones for engaged painters.
Our purpose is to support you and provide a fun, relaxing, and rich experience your residents will love.
4 Simple Steps
A 10ish-minute phone call — tell me about your residents, what they enjoy, and any holidays or events coming up.
I arrive 60 minutes early, set up table covers, materials, and supplies. All you provide is the space, a water source, and a kind welcome.
I'll send 3–4 project options tailored to your community. You pick your favorite, set the date, pay the 50% deposit.
60–90 minutes of painting, connection, and laughter. Full cleanup included. Photos sent to you within 48 hours.

This is the most economical and offers the best flexibility. You don't have to know how many residents plan to sign up. You don't have to collect any payments from residents, and you don't have to set anything up. This easy and straight forward option has always been the most popular.

For this option, a payment link will be set up for residents, which can be shared via email or on social media. We do recommend that the community offer assistance with the resident's event registration and payment process for those who may need it, or, collect the payment from the participants and then pay us directly. This minimizes confusion and helps confirm minimum attendance numbers are met. How this is handled is entirely up to each community. Our priority is to make the process as easy and user friendly as possible.

For this method, there are two options:
Option 1: Individual communities will collect the resident's contribution and then pay us. In this instance, the community will need to know the total number of attendees at the time of booking and a 50% deposit will be due upon booking to save the requested date and time.
Option 2: When you request a date, I'll place a soft hold on the time slot. To convert that into a confirmed booking, at least 15 residents will need to register and pay their $15 portion within 48 hours of receiving the registration link.
Residents register and pay the $15 by credit or debit card through a secure link I provide — easy to share via email, your community newsletter, or a printed flyer at the front desk - I can create the flyer for you with a QR code.
Approximately 7 days before the party, I'll send the community an invoice for it's portion of the cost. Payment is due no later than 24 hours before the party begins.
Each community can decide how they'd like to do this, we just need to know at the time of booking.

Session duration varies based on the selected project. Most sessions take 1-2 hours, but we will take as long as needed based on the residents.
Just tables, chairs, and a gathering space big enough for your group. Natural light is a bonus but not required. I bring everything else — including table covers, so your surfaces stay protected.
Absolutely. I offer simplified projects specifically designed for memory care — pre-painted bases, large simple shapes, one decision at a time, and warm patient instruction. The pricing is the same, and the care and attention are just as rich.
I can work with as few as 10 residents (Resident-Paid) and up to about 30 painters at a time.
Yes, I carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your records before the session. Many communities request this, and I'm happy to submit it during booking.
Absolutely. Every finished piece is a wood keepsake they take home — ready to display in their room, give as a gift, or hang on their door. That's the whole point.
I serve communities within about 90 minutes of Ninety Six / Greenwood, SC — that includes (but is not limited to) Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Seneca, Easley, Laurens, Spartanburg, Aiken, and more.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due day-of the session. I accept Venmo, Zelle, credit, or debit card — I'll send an invoice with payment instructions. Full refund available with 7+ days notice; deposits within 7 days can be applied to a rescheduled date within 60 days.
At least two weeks in advance is ideal so I can prep materials and customize the project. Holiday and seasonal slots book faster — if you're planning a Christmas session, reach out by October if possible.
